Blacklisted Investigations was built around a simple observation: too many legitimate problems get abandoned because they seem difficult, expensive, or unlikely to succeed. Debts get written off. People go missing. Documents don't get served. Misconduct goes uninvestigated.

We think that's wrong. With the right approach — instinct, experience, licensed tools and a refusal to accept "too hard" as an answer — most of these problems have a resolution.

We're based in Taranaki and operate nationwide through a network of licensed field agents. Our work spans private investigation, skip tracing, debt collection, repossession, process serving and workplace investigations — services that are often siloed, but work better together under one roof with one point of contact.

We don't use call centres. We don't hand off to contractors without oversight. Every case has a licensed investigator on it who understands what's at stake.

Most of our clients come to us after someone else has failed them — or after they've been told a problem isn't worth pursuing. A debt that's been sitting idle for two years. A person who's gone to ground. A workplace situation that HR doesn't know how to handle.
